Today, local Conservatives in your area of West Sussex voted down a Reform UK amendment to the budget to scrap 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀 (paid for by the tax payer) and put that money back to our communities instead through grants for local projects up to £500 each.

While families face a 4.99% council tax increase, your 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗨𝗞 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂. Shame on them for prioritising perks for politicians over benefits to our communities.
